Our work seeks to benefit the immigrant, migrant and seasonal worker community of Northern Michigan

JPAC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving migrant, immigrant, and seasonal workers across Northern Michigan.

For over 20 years, we’ve offered personalized support in the language and culture of the people we serve—meeting them with dignity, understanding, and care, exactly where they are.

We assist individuals and families with urgent and ongoing needs—navigating healthcare, immigration systems, transportation, and more. Beyond direct support, we cultivate spaces for healing and growth through programs like Círculos de Salud, ESL and citizenship classes, and leadership development through our Promotoras de Salud initiative.

You won’t find us behind a desk—we’re in the fields, homes, and clinics, standing alongside our neighbors wherever they need us.

Whether you volunteer, donate, or simply learn about our work, you are helping us build a more just and compassionate community—where every voice is valued, and every person has the chance to thrive.
